Recruit Elite


Recruit Elite is an all-inclusive recruiting service with coach Leff. These services are above and beyond what Top Gun provides its high school teams.

  • Initial academic and athletic evaluation

  • Guidance on selecting colleges and athletic programs that potentially “match”

  • Create initial correspondence with coaches

  • Regular 1-1 family meetings

  • Guidance and suggestions on building a strong recruiting video and website

  • Choosing effective tournaments and showcases to attend

  • Detailed preparation for campus visits

  • Financial support consulting
